In 2004, I had the privilege of volunteering for two groundbreaking campaigns that would shape the future of San Francisco and beyond. That year, I supported Gavin Newsom's bid for Mayor of San Francisco and Kamala Harris's campaign for San Francisco District Attorney. Fast forward to today, and it's incredible to see how far we’ve come since those formative years.
As I reflect on our journey from those early days, it's clear that our efforts and dedication have brought us to a remarkable point in history. Kamala Harris's rise from a local prosecutor to the Vice President of the United States is a testament to the hard work and commitment of so many individuals who believed in change and progress.
