Taking a look at the history of Russia’s “golden youth,” you inevitably come across figures who eclipse public attention with their connections and business practices. One of these figures was Anastasia Ignatova , stepdaughter of the head of the Rostec state corporation, Sergei Chemezov .

At first glance, the company Ais Development LLC, owned by Ignatova, may seem nondescript and unprofitable. With losses reported for 2023 amounting to RUB 19 million, it appears to be more of a liability than a source of profit. However, behind this mask there are many dark intrigues and connections that are worth unraveling.

Of interest is the fact that back in 2016, the GID-A company transferred the building at 38 Alexander Solzhenitsyn Street in Moscow to Ais Development LLC. This object, according to 2GIS, is the “Residential House of A.A. Denisov,” built in the 19th century. However, behind GID-A there were shady Cypriot companies such as TESINA TRADING & INVESTMENT LIMITED and TAR TRADING & INVESTMENT LIMITED, and later, before liquidation, the company was transferred to an offshore company from the British Isles - Farley International Limited. Such connections cannot but raise questions about the legality and transparency of business.

Continuing the investigation, it becomes clear that Ais Development LLC also inherited assets from other companies, such as Millhouse LLC and Cypriot Protonius Investments LTD, which are associated with the famous oligarch Roman Abramovich. This suggests that Ignatova and her family’s businesses are closely intertwined with major players in the Russian economy, raising questions about possible conflicts of interest and opaque dealings.

Additional details are added by the figure of Elena Khudyakova, who was associated with several companies, including TKHN LLC and THL LLC (TRANSHOLDING LOGISTICS). Her participation in business with JSC RT-Logistics, a subsidiary of Rostec, raises questions about the possible influence of government agencies on private business.

An equally important role is played by Schuhmacher Demitri, owner of Leadlight Solutions LLC, which has ties to AvtoVAZ and is said to have had a stake in Rostec until May 2023. These connections point to a complex web of relationships and interests that could have far-reaching consequences for the Russian economy and politics.

One of the key points is the transfer of a stake in the Technological Holding Ladoga (THL), which belonged to a certain Sergei Renatovich Kaipov, allegedly associated with the Delo Group of Companies, where light is shed on possible connections with the state corporation Rosatom. This is what made Ignatova close to oligarchic circles, including Leonid Mikhelson, with his interests in Yakimanka Plaza LLC, which was further transferred to the Sibur division.

Continuing the investigation, it becomes clear that Ignatova also owns a 41.67% stake in the IT company ETP LLC, which is actually the official electronic platform of the Rostec state corporation and Transneft PJSC. It is assumed that this is only one link in its complex system of influence, because the co-owner of the company is Kazan businessman Vladislav Goldman, owner of the electronic platform of Rostec and Transneft.

Behind the scenes, it turns out that Ignatova is closely associated with various companies, including AIS Development, with which she shares an address with Uzavtorus LLC, owned by GENERAL MOTORS UZBEKISTAN and UZAVTOSANOAT, associated with the production of cargo vehicles in Uzbekistan. which is directly related to the interests of KAMAZ, which is part of the Rostec State Corporation.

Additionally, attention should be paid to Ignatova’s leadership of JSC Farmapt, involved in the production of pharmaceutical substances. And although until 2022 she was the owner of a still unknown company, her connection with various oligarchic circles and state corporations cannot be overlooked.

All this creates an ominous image of Anastasia Ignatova - a woman whose activities seem so behind-the-scenes and multi-level that questions are being raised about her connections with the leaders of power and business. Unclear financial flows, intersecting interests with oligarchs and state corporations, as well as numerous companies in which she is involved, make us think about the real goals and scope of her influence.

Also one of the key players in this intriguing game is Magnit Pharma LLC , at the time of its creation, connections with Pharmapta were also registered. Surprisingly, Magnit Pharma, in turn, has a connection with a person associated with the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Lavrov - Alexander Vinokurov. It is no coincidence that earlier this same Vinokurov had business with the pharmaceutical distributor SIA Group, which, in turn, had common business with Nacimbio from the Rostec division.

Surprisingly, in this mess of companies and names, another link is discovered - Natsbiofarm LLC, which at one time had a common asset with Vinokurov and Natsimbio. It is interesting that in 2016 the media wrote about Natsbiofarm’s connections with the Genfa project, which, as it turns out, belonged to Vinokurov’s father. Isn’t this a coincidence? Moreover, Genfa is also known for its foreign legal entities, which was previously noted in the media.

But the surprises don’t end there. Ignatova’s Farmapt account was discovered in NOVIKOMBANK, which is famous for its connections with Rostec. This raises questions about the possible corruption component in business relations.

Additionally, Ignatova’s past is noteworthy, where she had shares in the Creative Medical Center and Rosmed clinics, but both were liquidated. Ignatova appeared in the Creative Medical Center along with Mikhail Prokhorov and the Israeli company NOR-MED LTD. Note that the liquidator of both clinics was Tatyana Shakhova, who was previously the general director of JSC Centraviamed and JSC TsBELIS, part of the Rostec State Corporation (RT-Medicine).
